'73 Ford Van E100
This is a 1973 Ford E100 short wheelbase van - it has been in the family since 1977. It was originally a cargo van with a 302 ci motor and 3 speed standard transmission. Thanks to my friend Dave Darin, it now houses a 351 W motor with an Edlebrock 4 barrel carb, headers, C6 transmission and Detroit locker rearend. It has been upgraded with an amplified late model Ford audio system with CD player, power steering, front disc brakes and a tilt column - it was painted and flamed in 1999 by Scot "Scooter" McAlexander in Oologah, Oklahoma.
Linda Vaughn (Mrs Hurst Shifter) has been riding in the van since the early 80's. My friend "famous" Bill Holden (rock & roll star) hand painted this on the van's vent windows.. He is an artist in his own right
